The Dakota Rogers Project seeks to build a pet friendly sanctuary focused on mental wellness. The park will reside in the Clay/Platte County area and its purpose is to be a unique space for all to gather and spread kindness in honor of Dakota Rogers and other lost to senseless gun violence.
