Fabric Grab 2026 with The Sewing Labs

The Sewing Labs mission is to be an inclusive and welcoming community teaching the legacy of sewing for employment, entrepreneurship, and enrichment.

Volunteers are needed on Saturday, August 22nd, from 7:30 a.m. t0 12:30 p.m. to help The Sewing labs offer fabric for free and donation (by the pound). They also offer notions, sewing machines, yarn and other textile items at this event. Volunteers may enroll for multiple shifts.

Volunteer opportunities include: event set-up/take-down, fabric organization, equipment arrangement, and additional opportunities.
