Sewing Day with The Sewing Labs

The Sewing Labs’ mission is to be an inclusive and welcoming community teaching the legacy of sewing for employment, entrepreneurship, and enrichment.

Volunteers are needed on Thursday, September 03, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to help cut towels, tear sheets, rip seams, sew laundry bags, placemats, napkins, and even more for expert level sewing projects. Whether you’ve never sewed a stitch in your life, or you’re an expert seamstress, they have projects for all skill levels.

Volunteer opportunities include: donation organization, quilt sorting, machine testing, and additional opportunities.
