Great Jobs KC’s mission is to support students journey to success — whether it’s a college degree or a job-training certification that leads to a financially secure future. This organization supports students through scholarships for college, tuition-free job training programs, access to good-paying employment opportunities, and the support needed to remove the barriers of success.

Volunteers are needed to attend a 2-hour virtual training session in March and volunteer approximately 15-18 hours during the application review period from March 15, 2027, through March 31, 2027, scoring around 35 applications using our provided rubric.

As a Scholarship Reviewer, you will play a vital role in selecting the next cohort of KC Scholars by reading and scoring student application essays online.
