WeCode KC’s mission to give youth the opportunity to learn technology concepts, and leadership skills; creating a pipeline of future-ready professionals through project-based learning and innovative programs. They are an initiative that serves the urban core of Kansas City, exposing youth to various computer science concepts.

Volunteer opportunities include in-person and virtual class assistance, teaching coding course (HTML/CSS, Python, JavaScript or Scratch, etc), social media management, administration/project management, and support room technology help. Volunteers must pass background checks prior to volunteering.
