Humane Society of Greater Kansas City

Impact

The mission of the Human Society of Greater Kansas City is to save and improve the lives of dogs and cats throughout the greater Kansas City community by providing preventative veterinary care, education, adoptions, and spay/neuter services.

Volunteer opportunities include assisting with animal enrichment (socializing and exercising the animals), animal care and cleaning (petting and grooming cats), building maintenance such as outside yard work, and event support.
