Impact
Summit Future Foundation’s mission is to empower youth and young adults who experience a developmental disability in leading a meaningful and inclusive life by providing high quality and person-centered support and services to the person and their family. The nonprofit is a comprehensive service provider, assisting individuals, supporting families, and collaborating in its community.
Volunteer opportunities include assisting with the organization’s two major fundraising events: its Annual Capture The Future Gala in June and its Bourbon and Bogeys Golf Tournament in September.
