Trunk with Treats with The Hope Center
The Hope Center stands as a beacon for transformation in Kansas City’s East Side, embodying the power of community and the promise of possibility. This dynamic organization has been dedicated to creating positive changes through innovative programs and community events.
Volunteers are needed on Saturday, October 31, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. to support the free community-wide celebration Trunk with Treats, expected to draw around 1,000 attendees. It’s a safe, welcoming space for youth and families to gather and have fun. The Hope Fall Fest is a time to engage the community and provide a safe place for youth and families to congregate and have a good time, free of charge.
Volunteer opportunities include: set-up/take-down, trunk or treat support, candy handout, and additional opportunities.
