The best way to recruit the next generation of change-makers is to go where they are.
Thanks to a collaboration with KC Crew, Uncover KC can provide nonprofits such an avenue to Kansas City young professionals. Whether it’s recruitment, awareness or funds, here’s a path to your next potential volunteer, board member and donor.
The partnership with KC Crew is to provide local nonprofits additional opportunities to advance their cause. The deal is straightforward — commit volunteers to work at a KC Crew event and receive donations, plus free promotion, for the assistance.
To start, each volunteer recruited by a nonprofit will lead to a $20 donation per recruit. There is no limit so the more you recruit, the larger the donation is.
In addition, your organization will be promoted as a lead benefactor for the event. This includes branding on promotional materials, multiple websites and social media platforms, all directed towards the young professional demographic.
The minimum number of volunteers required from each nonprofit is 10, but there is no cap. Thus, don’t hold back and recruit as many volunteers as you want. Volunteers can be staff, supporters, friends, etc. – anyone that believes in your mission and wants to help.
