20/20 Leadership: Career & Business Expo

We at Uncover KC are happy to present the 20/20 Leadership Career and Business Expo – slated for Thursday, December 5, 2024, 9 a.m. to Noon at the Kansas City Urban Youth Academy. Now is an exciting time for 20/20 Leadership as further develop partnerships. Now serving 18 high schools in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area which includes grades 9-12.

Serving as an opportunity for area sophomore, junior, and senior student leaders to meet with professionals from a variety of businesses and organizations; 20/20 Leadership provides space to learn about career opportunities that exist after high school as well as the skills and education needed for the workplace.

Also allowing students the chance to practice their soft skills. Such as how to conduct a proper handshake and making eye contact. Similar to job fairs, students will have dedicated time to engage with professionals during allotted time frames throughout the morning.

Business and organization vendors are needed. There is no cost to attend this event but space is limited, so please register as soon as possible to reserve your spot.
