Kanbe's Markets

Impact

The mission of Kanbe’s Market is to provide access to fresh, affordable and healthy foods to people experiencing food insecurity. They do this through leveraging and enhancing existing parts of the local food economy and providing innovative food delivery systems to empower individuals to make healthier choices.

Volunteer opportunities include helping break down pallets of donated produce, sorting items into one of their four redirection tiers, packaging home delivered meals, picking up produce for Kanbe’s Markets farms, and more.
