Kanbe's Markets

Impact

Kanbe’s Markets’ mission is to build a more inclusive food system by transforming food loss into food access. Working to serve the most vulnerable in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area while reducing unnecessary waste of nutritious foods discarded into landfills.

Volunteer opportunities include: sorting donations, organizing pantry stock, redirecting fresh produce, and additional opportunities. The pantry is open Monday-Friday mornings, 9-11:30a, and Mon/Tue/Thur/Friday 1-3p.
