Impact
The mission of HALO is to help one more child spend one less day alone. HALO believes every child should have the support of a family. They provide housing, healing and education to thousands of homeless and at-risk children. For homeless kids living without a family of their own, HALO provides the foundation of a family. It’s a long-term, one-on-one unconditional commitment to kids that is rooted in love and fueled by volunteers.
Volunteers opportunities include working directly with children at HALO, various office support work. It is recommended that those interested in volunteering with HALO attend a Volunteer Information Meeting held every month.
