The mission of Pro Deo Youth Center is to see every teen loved, valued, and equipped for change. They provide an after school program free of charge to teens in the Lee’s Summit community. In this program, Pro Deo offers tutoring, counseling, life skills courses, exercise classes, emotional well-being small groups, and artistic outlets. Their after school programs give teens a safe place to hang out after school where they can realize and pursue their goals and dreams.

Volunteer opportunities include assisting at their After School program, the High School tutoring program, at Friday night dinners, at special events, and as a school pick-up driver or driving students home. Volunteers must pass a background check.
