The Kansas City Free Eye Clinic
Impact
The Kansas City Free Eye Clinic’s mission is to help low-income and homeless people in the metro area with access to preventive eye exams and glasses ensuring that sight-robbing eye disease and blurry vision don’t prevent someone from taking advantage of every opportunity.
Volunteer opportunities: licensed optometrist and/or ophthalmologist for comprehensive eye exams, clinic patient check in, exam pre-testing support, fundraiser event support, donation sorting/organizing, and more. Contact directly or check out the organization’s volunteer portal to get started.
