Thanks to the incredible judge Katie McElhinney and Olathe Municipal Court, Uncover KC has been able to pilot an enhanced diversion program for defendants needing community service hours. The Conscious Courts program won’t officially launch until later in 2019, but hear about the impact it’s already having.
