Powell Gardens’ Dark Forest

The mission of Powell Gardens is to be an experience that embraces the Midwest spirit of place and inspires an appreciation for the importance of plants in our lives. Their upcoming event, Dark Forest, invites you to journey through a magical and mysterious wooded landscape where the channels of nature’s mortal realms are fiercely pierced by unexplainable paranormal forces and spellbinding supernatural beings. Set for Oct. 13-15, 20-22 & 26-29, volunteer shifts will be available from 5:00-10:30 p.m. 

Volunteers are needed to assist at multiple concession stands as well as a register/bar back. These opportunities will help prepare drinks and food, keep the area clean and assist with the sales process as needed. Please note, volunteers must be 18 years or older to volunteer for this opportunity, and training will be provided upon arrival.
