Heartland Tree Alliance Tree Planting – Troostwood

The mission of Heartland Tree Alliance – Bridging The Gap is to make the Kansas City region sustainable by “connecting environment, economy, and community”. They do this through eight different programs hosted throughout the year.

Join Heartland Tree Alliance – Bridging The Gap for a tree planting day in the Troostwood area from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 4. No prior tree planting experience is necessary and all tools and equipment will be provided. Volunteers must be 14 years of age (with adult supervision) or older, and must register in advance.
