Students Run a City for the Day with Junior Achievement

Junior Achievement BizTown’s mission is to combine in-class learning with a day-long visit to a simulated town. This popular learning experience allows elementary school students to operate banks, manage restaurants, write checks, and vote for mayor. Students are able to connect the dots between what they learn in school and the real world.

Volunteers are needed to help assist students as they work in their simulated economy or storefront. Training is provided on site and no previous curriculum or industry-specific knowledge is required.
