THE CALL KC OFFICIALLY A 501C3 NONPROFIT

It’s been a year and a half in the making, but the patience and hard work is finally paying off. Recently, we were officially notified that The Call Kansas City has been awarded it’s 501c3 certification from the Internal Revenue Service.

This was huge for us on many levels. To begin with, it enables us to accept donations as a charitable organization while also making the organization exempt from federal income taxes. Thus donors can now consider all contributions to the Call KC as tax deductible. It also opens a variety of doors on the sponsorship level that were previously unattainable for us.

Additionally, the recognition validates our cause. The process was difficult and required a lot of hours to complete. We had to show why The Call KC was worthy of such status and it feels great to see others endorse that.
