Impact

The mission of Disabled But Not Really is to empower and inspire individuals with disabilities to overcome challenges and reach their potential by fostering a mindset of courage, confidence, and competence. Their vision is to empower individuals with disabilities through programs focused on physical activity, nutrition, and mental health and educate individuals and their communities on ways to help improve the overall quality of life for people living with a disability.

Volunteer opportunities include assisting with community events, fundraising, HelpMeFit coaching, adminstrative tasks, and at the annual gala.
