Friends of The River KC

Impact

The mission of Friends of the River Kansas City is to celebrate the heritage and promote the development of the Kansas City Riverfront through education, community outreach, volunteer commitment, and fundraising opportunities.

Volunteer Opportunities at Friends of the River Kansas City consist of planting flowers and trees in the KC area, volunteering at KC Riverfest, signing up for river cleanups, and educating youth on the environment.
