Girl Scouts’ mission is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. They offer hands-on, girl-led, girl-centered learning in STEAM, the outdoors, civic engagement and entrepreneurship. Girl Scouts offer the amazing opportunity to work with young girls and help them cultivate their confidence and relationships with others

Volunteer opportunities includes leading a troop, creating weekly meetings, being a mentor or advisor, assisting at camps and their newest opportunity is volunteering as an outreach program volunteer. Outreach program volunteers assist with youth program leaders and delivering curriculum, a cookie season volunteer, and special events volunteers for large projects, field trips or camps. Please note that each volunteer must submit and application, complete a background check and attend a volunteer training session.
