Summit Future Foundation’s mission is to empower youth and young adults with developmental disabilities to achieve a meaningful life in their community. We are a comprehensive service provider, assisting individuals, supporting families, and collaborating in our community.
Volunteer opportunities include volunteering weekly at Summit Future Foundation’s youth group, summer programming and on the young professionals board.
