Flourish Furniture Bank Serve Day
As the only furniture bank in Kansas City, Flourish Furniture serves the community by helping clients who are overcoming homelessness, poverty, domestic violence, and other life challenges. They provide whole home furnishings to families, including beds, dressers, dining furniture, kitchenware, and decor. Flourish Furniture is where families are able to turn their house into a home.
Flourish Furniture has a variety of volunteer opportunities available during the Furniture Bank Serve Day including helping clients shop, woodworking, sewing, sorting, and moving furniture. Tasks may differ based on need and availability. Volunteers must be 14 years of age or older.
