Romantic Revels Gala with Heart of America Shakespeare Festival

The Heart of America Shakespeare Festival is seeking help with its upcoming gala event, Romantic Revels, which celebrates its 20th year of dining, dancing and romancing at the InterContinental Hotel at the Plaza. All monies raised will support the Festival’s 30th anniversary season of programs; the free professional production of Romeo and Juliet in Southmoreland Park and year round adult and youth education workshops and classes.

Twenty volunteers are needed to help with check-in/out, selling golden tickets, auction bidding, fund-a-need, and packaging auction items. All volunteers must provide proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test result received within 24 hours of the event. Antigen test results will not be accepted. Volunteer training will be in-person on the evening of Friday, Feb. 11.
